O riff de Trapped Under Ice foi copiado de Impaler do Exodus. Impaler foi também composta por Kirk Hammett, porém só foi lançada de forma oficial pelo Exodus no disco Tempo Of The Damned em 2004.

Um trecho da letra de Creeping Death foi também copiado de um trecho da música Die By His Hand também trazido do Exodus para o Metallica por Kirk Hammett.
